The M3 Framework is designed to be accessible for businesses striving for compliance.
- Free for In-House Usage: Companies may download, implement, and use the M3 Framework within their own internal organization for the purpose of information security management and compliance (GDPR, AI Act) without any cost.
Restricted Usage & Copyright
The following activities are NOT permitted without a specific written license/agreement:
- Commercial Consulting: Offering paid consulting services to implement M3 Framework for clients.
- Certification & Licensing: issuing certificates or licenses based on M3 compliance.
- Commercial Implementation: Selling tools or software primarily marketing themselves as "M3 Framework Implementation" solutions.
- Modification: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works of the standard text itself without permission.
Logo Restriction: Usage of the M3 Framework logo, badges, or trust marks is restricted to official partners or licensed entities.
